IL6 Preparation
IL-6 (Strathmann Biotec AG, Code: mIL6-10, Lot: P07150, 10 ml
Add 10 ml of Medium.
Make aliquot of 200 ml.
Store at -20｡C
Dilute in 100 ml of hybridoma medium.
