Purification of plasmid DNA by glass filter
Materials
1. glass filter, MultiScreen
2. x 2 Binding Buffer: 5.3M Guanidin-HCl, 0.8M Potacium-Acetate pH. 6.5
3. 80% EtOH
Method
1. Add twice volume of x 2 Binding Buffer to the PCR fragments
2. Apply on a well of Multiscreen plate and aspirate
3. Wash two times with 300 ml of 80% EtOH
4. Centrifuge for 5 min at 2000 rpm
5. Wash one with 300 ml of 80% EtOH
6. Centrifuge for 5 min at 2500 rpm
7. Dry up by aspirate for 5 min
8. Add 70 ml of DW
9. Centrifuge for 5 min at 2500 rpm
